If there is a school that knows how much effect a Heisman Trophy can have, it's Baylor. The Bears used Robert Griffin III's Heisman win in 2011 to effectively build an entire program.

It can be difficult to win college football's top individual honor when surrounded by top talent. However, Baylor QB and Garland alum Seth Russell should be one of the top contenders heading into the 2016 season.
