Although Baylor (20-13) limped into the NCAA tournament, the ninth-seeded Bears still managed to pull off a 78-69 win over eighth-seeded Syracuse on Thursday to advance to the second round.

Baylor catches fire from 3-point range
Both teams started the game on fire from 3-point range.
Baylor leapt out to an 18-10 lead early on, with all six made shots coming off 3-pointers. The Bears took a 38-37 lead into halftime, shooting 10-18 from beyond the arc in the first half.
Syracuse didn't do so bad itself, shooting 8-16 in the period.
