Former Baylor Chancellor and President Ken Starr spoke in an interview during keynote sessions of the 2016 Texas Tribune Festival on Saturday.
In his first extensive interview since his departure from the university in the wake of the sexual assault scandal surrounding the school's football program, Starr stood by Baylor saying they didn't have a 'systematic problem' while handling any assault investigations.
