Former Baylor tight end Tre'Von Armstead was arrested Monday morning in Las Vegas on charges of domestic battery, resisting arrest and damaging a police car, according to a report from TMZ.com.
According to the TMZ report, police officers saw Armstead push a woman in front of The Cromwell Hotel. Armstead resisted the officers' attempts to arrest him. After he was placed into the back of the police car, he kicked out the back window, according to TMZ.
Armstead was accused of participating in a gang rape while at Baylor in 2013. But he was allowed to participate in the 2014 football season.
