ESPN: Baylor, Oklahoma off to quick starts on 2017 recruiting

The past two Big 12 champions, Baylor and Oklahoma, finished strong with their 2016 signing classes and 2017 looks just as promising.

ESPN's Craig Haubert and Billy Tucker highlighted 10 college football programs off to fast starts for 2017, and the Bears and Sooners are two area names on the list.

Texas took the country by storm with its impressive 2016 national signing day haul, giving Baylor the No.
