Cohen Helping No. 4 Lady Bears at Multiple Spots - Baylor University Official Athletic Site, Kim Mulkey doesn’t like asking her players to take on multiple positions.
But, when you only have nine players, it’s kind of a necessity.
This is nothing new, though, for 6-foot-2 Baylor senior Dekeiya Cohen. Originally recruited as a post player out of West Ashley High School in Charleston, S.C., Cohen has played at both wing and post and can defend any position on the court.
“At the time, it didn’t seem like a great thing, because I would have to try to learn both positions, the plays and everything,” Cohen said.
