Changes to the Baylor football program are obvious under Matt Rhule but who will start at quarterback isn't

WACO -- Matt Rhule was hired to bring change to the Baylor football program after the ouster of Art Briles and one season under Jim Grobe.

After Saturday's Green and Gold spring game, Rhule took time for pertinent program numbers: 700 hours of community service and a strong performance in the classroom this semester.

In case anyone wondered, things will look different on the field, too. Having the quarterback under center and in the I-formation wasn't exactly the hallmark of Baylor's rise to national prominence.

Yes, there are some spread looks left in the playbook, as Rhule noted.
