Baylor's Tristan Clark, NCAA leader in field-goal percentage, out for the rest of the season with knee injury

Prior to facing off with the No. 7 Kansas Jayhawks on Saturday, Baylor announced sophomore forward Tristan Clark will miss the remainder of the season because of a knee injury that will require season-ending surgery.

Clark leads the nation shooting 73.7 percent from the floor and averaged 14.6 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.4 blocks for the Bears in 14 games this season.

Huge loss for @BaylorMBB. Clark leads the NCAA with a 73.7 percent field-goal percentage and is the Bears’ second leading scorer averaging 14.6 ppg. #SicEm pic.twitter.com/y7OYGdhB9r

"He's a tremendous player and teammate, so this is obviously disappointing news," Baylor head coach Scott Drew said.
