5. John Lovett / Jr. / RB
Lovett established himself as Baylor's most consistent running back last season and should have the edge to be the starter in 2019. Lovett led the Bears with 573 rushing yards and was second on the team with six rushing touchdowns last season. Most importantly, he remained healthy throughout the 2018 season while JaMycal Hasty struggled with knee issues.
4. James Lynch / Jr. / DT
Lynch had a breakout season on the defensive line for Baylor last season.
