On the performance of the Baylor offense:
"We told our offensive they wouldn't have as many possessions as they're used to, not as many opportunities to go score points. So we were going to have to take advantage of every possession that we had. We weren't able to do that. (Freshman QB) Zach (Smith) played okay, I think. He did some really good things. He made some mistakes that hurt us. We got to take better care of the football and protect him better. I didn't think especially early we did a very good job protecting him.
