Per Vegas Insider, the Bears opened as three touchdown favorites over the Longhorns. As of this writing, the line has moved slightly to Baylor (-20.5). Given that there aren't enough six win teams to fill all the bowls, a fifth win from the Horns could conceivably put them in a bowl game.
