SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Baylor may not know the outcome of the NCAA investigation into its football program and penalties (if any) until possibly late summer.
A source familiar with the process indicated Wednesday that a variety of scheduling concerns by all parties involved could delay the situation. The school had hoped to have received the results of the investigation by sometime in the spring.
Baylor received the NCAA notice of allegations in September for offenses committed at the school under coach Art Briles. Among the allegations was a lack of institutional control by the school.
