Baylor didn't officially close the book on its 2016 recruiting class on signing day in February.
The Bears continued to recruit Fullerton Junior College inside linebacker Thomas Cletcher and earned a commitment from him over the weekend.
Cletcher announced his pledge via Twitter.
Cletcher's decision came less than 24 hours after making an official visit to Baylor.
