Rauschenberg picked Baylor over offers from Houston and Tulsa.

At 6-foot-2, 185 pounds, Rauschenberg is ranked as the No. 24 kicker in the country, per 247Sports Composite.

Baylor now has 24 commits in its 2019 recruiting class, which is ranked fourth in the Big 12.
