Baylor Football just picked up its second 2019 commitment in the past 24 hours with a commitment from 3 star safety Myles Brooks.
Brooks adds more defensive depth to the 2019 Baylor class, coming in as 28th ranked safety in 2019 recruiting class according to 247Sports. Brooks had offers from Arkansas, FIU, Louisiana Tech, and Texas State. He has been recruited by Shawn Bell.
Brooks is a Texas commit, playing high school ball at Hendrickson High School in Pflugerville, TX. Brooks’ commitment comes the day after he was officially offered by Arkansas.
With Brooks’ commitment, the Bears now have 6 commitments in a defense heavy class of 2019, which includes two safeties, two defensive ends, an outside linebacker, and a wide receiver.
