Despite trailing 20-10 in the third quarter, Baylor (7-0, 4-0) went on a 35-7 run to move past Oklahoma State (4-3, 1-3) 45-27. Baylor has an off week before taking on West Virginia at 7:00 on Halloween in Waco.
After Oklahoma State pulled ahead 20-10, Baylor needed two plays to get within three points. Tyquan Thornton gained 78 yards on the first play, and JaMycal Hasty finished the job on the next run.
The Bears stopped the Cowboys on the next sequence, and Josh Fleeks hauled in a 64 touchdown pass on Baylor’s next drive. The sophomore finished with 126 receiving yards.
