Behind a superb second half, Baylor defeated Jackson State 82-55. The Bears played Jackson State at what has now become an annual game on Fort Hood. The victory moves the Bears to 10-0 on the season.
Al Freeman led Baylor with 19 points. Freeman finished the night five of eight from three. Jo Lual-Acuil added 17 points and five blocks.
While Baylor dominated the second half, Jackson State pushed Baylor in the first half. The Tigers quickness helped contribute to Manu Lecomte picking up his second foul before the 16 minute timeout in the first half. Lecomte returned to the game, but picked up his third foul in the first half.
