Baylor blasted Arkansas Pine Bluff 99-42. The Bears are 6-0 and will take a Christmas break. They’re scheduled to return on December 29.
Three takeaways:
1) The 3-point shooting is still hot: Baylor entered the game No. 1 in 3-point percentage and left with the same lead. They hit 11-of-23 triples. MaCio Teague went 2-of-3 from deep, and LJ Cryer picked up KenPom MVP honors with a 4-of-6 performance from beyond the arc.
2) Jared Butler continues dishing dimes: Butler had 13 assists and one turnover on Saturday against Kansas State.
