Former Baylor football coach Art Briles has filed a petition against three members of the Baylor Board of Regents and against Reagan Ramsower. The three regents are: J. Cary Gary, Ronald Murff, and David Harper. Ramsower is Baylor’s Senior Vice President for Operations & Chief Financial Officer.
Briles has made a number of legal claims, including libel and slander. Most of Briles’ causes of action center around his claim that the four named parties violated the terms of a previous settlement.
