Last night's National Championship Game marked the end of another season of CFB ... and the start of another offseason where we can obsess about Baylor's chances!
Those that didn't watch the Alabama-Clemson game last night missed what I would consider an instant classic, although ratings were apparently down about 15% from a year ago. Filled with somewhat inexplicable big plays (Clemson never did figure out to cover Bama TE O.J. Howard), fantastic strategic decisions (a perfectly timed and placed onside kick probably won the game for the Tide), and incredible individual performances (Deshaun Watson did his best Vince Young impression to nearly pull off the upset for Clemson), it was everything I hoped to see except that neither of the teams was wearing green and gold.
