On Friday morning, linebacker Zach Orr joined SiriusXM NFL Radio to discuss his decision to end his retirement. While on air with hosts Alex Marvez and Mark Dominik, Orr announced he did not receive a second opinion on his congenital spine deformity. This statement contradicts Orr’s initial one at the time of his retirement.
"It was probably a premature decision for me to retire so early just because I listened to one doctor," Orr said per Sporting News.
"After people found out I only went to one doctor, they were telling me, ‘You’ve got to go get a second opinion,'" he continued.
