Earlier this month, Bleacher Report’s Alex Ballentine published an article proposing several blockbuster NFL trades, none of which did – or are going to – happen. It was the usual offseason pablum, designed to do nothing more than get a few eyeballs as the dog days of summer rolled along and we ticked off the days on the calendar until training camp. Still, at least one of the proposed trades had the intended effect of getting some fan bases riled up. The idea of sending Patrick Queen and a fourth-round pick to the Washington Commanders in exchange for Chase Young generated plenty of debate among #RavensFlock.
