The NFL continues to give our friends across the pond the worst it has to offer, as London fans got to see the Detroit Lions get absolutely curb-stomped by the Kansas City Chiefs. Even with star running back Jamaal Charles on Injured Reserve, the Chiefs had Charcandrick West, Alex Smith, Spencer Ware, and De'Anthony Thomas combine to run for 206 yards and four touchdowns. Alex Smith would also throw touchdown passes to tight end Travis Kelce and wide receiver Jeremy Maclin. The Chiefs' defense terrorized Matt Stafford, sacking him six times and picking him off twice.
