In his first start for the Ravens, Matt Schaub played a pretty good game. Save for the horrendous pick-six and a couple of poorly-placed passes in the 2nd half, Schaub ran the offense crisply, made audibles when necessary, and even showed decent mobility.
He made two throws in particular that really catapulted the Ravens’ offense.
First, his 48-yard deep shot to Chris Givens gave the Ravens 1st-and-10 from the Cleveland 12-yard line. Two plays later, he found Buck Allen for the score.
