The Patriots will lose their 2016 1st, 2017 4th, and Tom Brady for the first four weeks of 2015. How do you feel about that?
The league has handed the Patriots a $1,000,000 fine, taken away their 2016 1st and 2017 4th, and they've suspended Tom Brady for four games, for his part in Deflategate.
This is a more severe penalty than they received for their Spygate scandal, as they were only stripped of their 1st round pick in 2008 and fined $250,000, and nobody was suspended. (The league did treat the Patriots as repeat offenders because of Spygate, however)
Is it enough?
