Trade: Ravens move down from No. 60; exchange two picks with the Patriots

After selecting RB J.K. Dobbins with the 55th overall selection, the Ravens have agreed to a trade with the Patriots and moved back from No. 60. In doing so, they’ll also give up the 129nd overall pick and acquire picks No. 71 and No. 98.

It’s not surprising to see the Ravens trade back to reposition themselves and strengthen their draft capital, as they so often do. In this case, Eric DeDosta evidently was not in love with how the board fell ahead of pick No. 60.

Now, the Ravens have picked up an additional third-round pick, giving them three overall and five picks in total on Day 2.
