Ravens defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan returned to practice Saturday after missing several days with a foot injury, while cornerback Asa Jackson, wide receiver Kamar Aiken, and outside linebacker Steven Means were out with apparent injuries suffered in Thursday’s preseason opener.
Jernigan hadn’t practiced in a week and missed the preseason game against the New Orleans Saints. Defensive end Chris Canty and cornerback Jimmy Smith also returned after missing the Saints game.
Jackson suffered a knee injury on the Saints’ first touchdown play Thursday, while Means left the game with a leg issue in the second half and Aiken limped around the sideline in the first half.
