The Baltimore Ravens spent the majority of the offseason both in free agency and the draft at fixing the secondary after years of ineptitude and inconsistency. The team added Brandon Carr, Tony Jefferson and Marlon Humphrey to a unit that already consists of Lardarius Webb, Jimmy Smith and Eric Weddle. One of the brightest players in the secondary after coming off a strong rookie campaign was Tavon Young. Young was a fourth round pick in the 2016 draft and really emerged as that slot nickel corner the team had been looking for.
