The Baltimore Ravens have now won 17 straight preseason games. They had a 20-7 win over the Washington Redskins at FedEx field Thursday night in Landover, Maryland.
There were very few starters that saw significant time in this game, but several players stood out that were looking to either cement their status in Baltimore’s 53 or play their way onto the practice squad or another NFL roster.
Offensively, the stars of the show were running backs Kenneth Dixon and De’Lance Turner. Dixon, the fourth year oft-injured back, went for 66 yards on 13 carries while Turner pitched in 62 yards on 18 carries and the game’s final touchdown late in the fourth quarter.
