Starting free safety Kendrick Lewis won't play against Cardinals

Starting free safety Kendrick Lewis moved around well in pregame, but the Ravens decided to hold him out for tonight’s game against the Arizona Cardinals. Lewis, who bruised his knee in last week’s loss to the San Francisco 49ers and was questionable on the injury report, was one of the Ravens’ seven inactive players, leaving Brynden Trawick in line to make his first career start.

The rest of the Ravens’ inactives were wide receivers Breshad Perriman (knee) and Jeremy Butler, tight end Maxx Williams (knee/ankle), offensive lineman Ryan Jensen, defensive end Kapron Lewis-Moore and safety Terrence Brooks (thumb surgery).
