Source: Ravens to hire Frazier to fix secondary

The Baltimore Ravens will hire former Minnesota Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier to help improve their struggling secondary, a source told ESPN.

Frazier, 56, was the defensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the past two seasons, including last year, when the Buccaneers' defense finished No. 10 in the NFL. His 2016 option was not picked up by Tampa Bay, which fired head coach Lovie Smith after the season.

This marks the ninth former NFL head coach to be hired by John Harbaugh in his nine years in Baltimore. Frazier was the head coach of the Vikings from 2010 to 2013, compiling a 21-32-1 record and leading Minnesota to a playoff berth in 2012.
