The Baltimore Ravens expect receiver Steve Smith Sr., who practiced all week amid "low expectations" because of a back injury, to play in Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers, sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
In addition, the Ravens are hopeful that Justin Forsett can play against the 49ers, sources told Schefter, but the running back will test his sprained ankle prior to the game.
Smith, who was listed as questionable, suffered four micro fractures in his back against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Oct. 1.
