The Baltimore Ravens certainly drew headlines on Wednesday morning when general manager Ozzie Newsome announced that the team has signed quarterback Robert Griffin III. Certainly, this was a shocking move for several reasons. For starters, Griffin III has not played a down of football in the NFL since week 17 of the 2016 season.
