OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Like the Baltimore Ravens have done for the past eight years, their brain trust will convene at owner Steve Bisciotti's Florida home this weekend to construct the team's offseason game plan.
General manager Ozzie Newsome, coach John Harbaugh, team president Dick Cass, assistant general manager Eric DeCosta and team salary cap expert Pat Moriarty will lay out the different scenarios on which players to cut, bring back and target in free agency.
At this week's "State of the Ravens" news conference, Bisciotti wondered aloud whether they should bring someone else to voice an opinion.
