Ronnie Stanley has been hampered by injuries for the better part of the last four seasons. Out of a possible 66 regular season starts during that span, Stanley has dressed for just 31 games. And even during many of those Sundays when Ronnie took the field, he didn’t seem to be 100 percent.
Some questioned his commitment to rehabbing those injuries. Others questioned his love for the game. And this offseason, maybe the Ravens had similar questions when they essentially gave the 30-year-old, 2019 All Pro an ultimatum. Take a pay cut or be cut.
Stanley accepted the drop in pay grade.
