About two months ago, Ravens Owner Steve Bisciotti spoke about the need to improve the NFL viewer experience.
“It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that nobody wants to see two minutes of commercials, come back, kick the ball and then go to a minute-and-a-half of commercials,” Bisciotti said. “I’ve thought that was absurd since I was 20 years old.”
Now top league executives and owners are going to address that very issue as part of a larger goal to speed up games. They will discuss it further and take a vote at league meetings in Phoenix next week.
