After the Ravens waived defensive back Robertson Daniel to sign center Hroniss Grasu, Baltimore returned to only having five cornerbacks on the active roster. However, Anthony Averett is dealing with a hamstring injury that sidelined him in week three. With his status for this week’s upcoming matchup against the Steelers up in the air, the Ravens may have to make a roster move later in the week. Continuing with that theme, they worked out three cornerbacks on Tuesday, per Adam Caplan.
Bashaud Breeland was the best cornerback available, but he signed with the Green Bay Packers Tuesday afternoon.
