The Ravens left the field with a 20-19 victory over the Indianapolis Colts and Lamar Jackson threw a touchdown pass, but fans cared only about the severity of starting left tackle Ronnie Stanley’s injury. Yesterday, it was announced as knee strain.
After further tests concluded today, Ian Rapoport is reporting the knee injury is was mild, only a sprain.
This is great news for the team as Stanley is quite possibly the most irreplaceable player on the roster.
For example, Jimmy Smith is suspended for the first four games of the season, but there is cornerback depth on the roster to work with.
