It was the best of times. It was…
A bit Dickensian at times. The Ravens were able to overcome some significant injuries, inconsistent play on offense and some, well, ragged play all around, to secure a 25-9 win over a talent-deficient Houston Texans team.
Let’s look at the grades:
Offense
Overall: D+
The Ravens posted 265 yards of offense, committed two turnovers and basically looked Boller-esque on the day. Not great. Not great at all.
Quarterback: C—
Lamar Jackson was 17-for-22 for 169 yards, threw a costly pick in the red zone, and had a fumble to end another drive.
