Virginia Tech cornerback Kendall Fuller, who played high school football at Good Counsel, was on track to be a high first-round pick before his final season with the Hokies ended prematurely after he got microfracture surgery on his knee. He's not going to participate in the on-field workouts at the NFL Scouting Combine, but he estimated that he is 90 percent recovered from both wrist and knee surgery.
"I'm doing pretty much everything," Fuller said. "I'm doing a lot of drills. I'm doingcutting, planting, things like that, still just working on getting that power back.
