Baltimore Ravens receiver Steve Smith Sr., who practiced all week despite struggling with a back injury, is playing in Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers.
In addition, Justin Forsett will play against the 49ers. The running back tested his sprained ankle prior to the game.
Smith, who was listed as questionable, suffered four micro fractures in his back against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Oct. 1.
"To be honest, my expectation of playing is very low," Smith said after practice Friday.
Smith, the team's leading receiver with 29 catches, has missed only six games because of injury over the past 11 seasons.
