The Baltimore Ravens didn't make the playoffs last season, which is only the second time that's happened under coach John Harbaugh. The Ravens also lost their most games (11) since Harbaugh was hired as coach in 2008.
So, it's not surprising that someone at the L.I.F.T. (Leading and Inspiring Females to Thrive) Conference asked Harbaugh about how to deal with losses and failure. What was surprising was his answer.
"We're not done. Last year wasn't a failure," Harbaugh said at the conference on Tuesday. "Last year was setting us up for what's coming. It's going to make us tougher, smarter, better.
