BALTIMORE -- Before Joe Flacco led his latest winning drive Sunday, former Baltimore Ravens great Ray Lewis urged the team to follow the Super Bowl-winning quarterback in a pregame locker room speech.
"[In] 2005, I had one of the most tragic injuries ever and I couldn't help my team. The leader was taken away, so there could be doubt," said Lewis, who is currently an ESPN analyst. "But if you still have a leader in Joe Flacco, you got to rally around him. You got to get behind him."
The Ravens didn't necessarily rally around Flacco in Sunday's 29-26 win over the San Diego Chargers.
