OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Baltimore Ravens offensive tackle Eugene Monroe was ruled out for this Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks and might not play again this season.
Monroe hasn't practiced the past three weeks after injuring his shoulder in the Nov. 22 game against the St. Louis Rams. He had a magnetic resonance imaging test Wednesday.
Based on coach John Harbaugh's comments Friday, it wouldn't be a surprise if Monroe was placed on injured reserve. The Ravens might need a roster spot Saturday if they promote quarterback Bryn Renner from the practice squad.
