When the Ravens visited Frederick Douglass High School following the riots in Baltimore, wide receiver Michael Campanaro wanted to remain involved and do something to help out the football program.
The River Hill graduate is giving 80 pairs of new Under Armour cleats to the football team on Tuesday night at the high school.
"These kids have been in the middle of a lot of negativity these past few months," Campanaro said. "After visiting the high school, I talked to a few kids who played ball and just wanted to help out."
Meanwhile, Campanaro has made quick progress in his recovery from a partially torn quadriceps that sidelined him during the offseason.
