Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith is holding a youth football camp in Owings Mills in July.
The inaugural two-day camp is at Owings Mills High School on July 27 and July 28.
Smith and cornerback Lardarius Webb will direct the camp, along with area college and high school coaches.
