On Friday afternoon, the Ravens announced via the team’s official Twitter account that they had waived QB Kenji Bahar.
Bahar was scooped up by the Ravens after going undrafted several weeks ago. He previously played four seasons at Monmouth, where he set multiple school records and made a name for himself in the Big South conference. For his college career, Bahar played the most games ever for a Monmouth quarterback, accumulated over 80 combined touchdowns and threw for just shy of 10,000 passing yards.
Bahar’s hometown is Baltimore, so it was a feel-good story for the Ravens to sign him as an UDFA.
