W/ PS signings included, the Ravens technically sit $11.264M under the Cap. However, that is b4 the expected Earl Thomas grievance. Once his $10M grievance is filed, the Ravens Cap space will go down by $4M, so the Ravens really have $7.264M in useable Cap space at this time.
