Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun spoke with the agent for free agent DT Brandon Williams who mentioned that the Ravens are “trying hard” to re-sign his client.
However, Zrebiec isn’t sure if the Ravens will be able to prevent him from testing the open market.
Williams mentioned previously in an interview with Sirius XM NFL Radio that while he would like to return to Baltimore, his future with the Ravens is “up in the air.”
“If it so happens I feel like Baltimore is the best place for me, then I’ll stay and we’ll work it out from there,” Williams said, via ESPN.
