Ravens tight end Nick Boyle is returning to practice once again as the team appears to finally turn the corner on health.
Boyle returned for a few practices in the first week of September, but the team opted to place him on short-term injured reserve as he needed more time to recover.
With Boyle being designated to return, the Ravens now have three weeks to activate him to the 53-man roster or place him on season-ending injured reserve.
Boyle’s return comes as a ray of hope among the gloomy news of left tackle Ronnie Stanley undergoing a second surgery on his ankle that will have him out for a second season.
